The short version
We use the information you choose to send so we can respond to your inquiry.
The contact form securely stores the information you choose to submit so the founder can review and respond to your inquiry. Access to submitted inquiries is restricted to the business owner.
Information you may provide
You may choose to provide your name, organization, work email, telephone number, team size, service interest, preferred response method, and a description of what you want to accomplish. The form may also store the page, referring site, and campaign information connected to the inquiry.
Founding-member research requests
For a proposed founding-member pilot, we collect your email address, creator role or primary channel, content difficulty, preferred help type, monthly price band, optional desired outcome, consent, and limited page, referring-site, and campaign attribution. This request is for information only: it does not create an account, enroll you in a membership, invite you to a community, or charge you.
These requests are stored in the private AGNB lead inbox for the business owner to review. If owner-alert email is configured, the same request is delivered to the owner’s business email for follow-up. Founding-member research submissions that do not proceed into an active pilot will be reviewed and deleted within 90 days after the validation test ends, unless the person separately consents to continued contact. This is a manual owner-review process, not automated deletion.
How information is used
Information you send is used to respond, understand your needs, prepare a recommendation or proposal, and maintain ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information.
If you request the Grown Folks Conversations sample, we use your first name and email address to deliver the sample and send the occasional update you agreed to receive. You may unsubscribe from those updates at any time.
Website infrastructure
The hosting and security providers that deliver this website may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and pages requested for security, reliability, and operational purposes.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page use, and actions such as selecting a call, email, or contact link. Google may use cookies or similar technologies to provide these measurements. For founding-member research, we measure page views, CTA and form actions, selected non-sensitive response categories, and campaign attribution. We use this information in aggregate to improve the website and evaluate marketing performance; we do not send email addresses, free-text responses, or contact-form details to Google Analytics.
Call and conversion measurement
The public business number is provided through a call-tracking service so the business can understand which marketing sources generate inquiries. The site also records when a visitor selects a call or email link. These measurements help evaluate marketing performance and do not replace the choices or disclosures presented by the telephone provider.
Your choices
Do not include confidential client, participant, employee, medical, financial, payment, account-access, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry. You may ask us to correct or delete information you previously sent by emailing info@allgasaiconsulting.com, subject to legal and business recordkeeping requirements.
