Course outlines & lesson plans
Learning objectives, a clear sequence, and session-by-session plans that connect the topic to what people need to do.
Custom course & training development
I build training around what your organization needs people to learn. Together, we turn your knowledge, processes, and goals into clear lessons and practical materials your people can use.
From knowledge to learning
Your expertise may be spread across documents, presentations, procedures, or the people who do the work every day. I help shape it into a course with a clear structure, useful practice, and materials that support both the instructor and the learner.
I’m Kantrell Bland, founder of All Gas No Breaks, a veteran-owned business based in Mounds View, Minnesota. I hold an associate degree in Technology Studies from the University of Advancing Technology (UAT). I turn your organization’s knowledge and learning goals into structured lessons, practice activities, and teaching materials.
I work with public agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and other organizations creating new training or improving an existing program. The starting point is your learning need, whether the topic is technology, onboarding, workplace procedures, workforce development, or community education. Your agreed scope can include editable source materials and handoff guidance so your staff can use and maintain the training.
What we can build
Choose the materials your program needs. Deliverables are selected during discovery and included in an agreed project scope.
Learning objectives, a clear sequence, and session-by-session plans that connect the topic to what people need to do.
Relevant scenarios, discussion prompts, practice activities, and checks for understanding.
A cohesive teaching deck with plain-language explanations and visuals that support the lesson.
Facilitation notes, timing, discussion guidance, and activity instructions so your team can lead the training.
Useful reference sheets, checklists, and take-home resources for applying the learning.
Structured pages for practice, reflection, and follow-through, matched to the course and audience.
A practical partnership
Your team brings the topic, context, and standards. I organize that knowledge into lessons, activities, and teaching resources. We review the content together so the final materials reflect your organization and the people you serve.
How it works
Scope and budget come first. For public agencies and other organizational buyers, the project can be defined around a statement of work: deliverables, milestones, review responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.
We discuss your audience, what they need to learn, existing materials, delivery format, timeline, and budget.
Together we define the learning objectives, deliverables, milestones, review responsibilities, and acceptance criteria before development begins.
I develop the lessons and materials. Your team reviews the subject matter, examples, and organization-specific requirements.
We incorporate the agreed revisions and hand off approved materials, editable source files, and guidance for your staff to maintain the training, as defined in your scope.
Good questions
No. This service is for custom course and training development across the topics your organization needs to teach. AI and technology can be the subject, but so can onboarding, staff procedures, workforce skills, or a community education program.
No. Bring your goals and whatever you already have: notes, presentations, procedures, source materials, or access to a subject-matter expert. Discovery identifies what can be used and what still needs to be developed.
Your organization provides or approves the subject expertise, source content, and requirements. All Gas No Breaks turns that expertise into structured learning materials. Specialized, legal, clinical, safety, or regulated content needs review and approval by your qualified experts; course development does not provide certification or regulatory approval.
Yes. Instructor guides, presentation slides, and participant materials can be developed so your staff can facilitate it. Live facilitation, train-the-trainer support, or learning-platform setup can be discussed and scoped separately.
There is no one-size-fits-all price. We first discuss your goals, audience, available content, deliverables, timeline, and budget. Then we agree on the scope and price before work begins.
Yes. We can discuss reorganizing existing material, rewriting unclear lessons, adding exercises, or developing missing instructor and participant resources. The agreed scope determines what gets updated.
Let’s talk about your project
Tell me who the training is for, what they need to be able to do, what materials you already have, and your timeline and budget. We’ll use that conversation to define a practical scope.
