A practical AI session
built for the room.

A focused, live training for Family Pathways gave 15 participants a clear and approachable foundation for understanding AI in their work.

The assignment

Make AI understandable, relevant, and safe to discuss.

The training was designed for people with different levels of comfort and experience. The goal was not to overwhelm the room with products or promises. It was to create a useful shared foundation, explain key concepts in plain language, and connect the conversation to real organizational responsibilities.

Useful training respects the mission, the room, and the decisions people need to make next.

What the session demonstrated

01Plain language creates participation

People can ask better questions when the topic is not buried under technical vocabulary.

02Context matters more than spectacle

Relevant examples create more value than a long demonstration of tools the team may never use.

03A focused hour can open the right next step

Training creates the shared understanding needed for later policy, workflow, or leadership decisions.
